Smelting

Smelting is the workshop where everything takes shape.

It takes place in a "vessel" where hot air is injected called a hot blast cupola capable of producing up to 20 tons per hour that the raw materials are transformed into the cast iron.

The many varieties of cast iron needed to meet our customers' specifications require very precise preparation of the raw materials.

The cast iron obtained is stored in a large capacity induction holding furnace and automatically transported to a casting furnace.
